This recipe is so good it will make you want to slap your Grandmother. It is especially good on baby spinach leaves.

Hot Bacon Dressing

3 strips bacon cut into into small pieces and fried until crisp.

1½ cup sugar

3 tsp. cornstarch

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. dry mustard

1½ cup water

½ cup cider vinegar

Fry bacon until crisp. Combine next four ingredients. Add water and cider vinegar. Pour mixture over undrained bacon and cook, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over tossed green vegetable salad while hot. Especially good on spinach salad.
