While he was not found wandering Mayberry and quickly taken in to custody by Andy, he was found wandering around Pine Ridge and quickly taken into custody by deputies and animal control.
The Lexington County Sheriff’s Office posted this to Facebook Monday afternoon in a fun way to lighten up our day.
Otis was just trying to gain the affection of a local lady piggie, but his at tempts at courting were not well received.
Once in custody, Otis stayed the night at the sheriff’s department and promptly checked himself out the next morning. He went for a leisurely stroll around Gibson Road. Otis then returned to the jail and checked himself back in.
No one has come to post his bail, so he needs help finding a new place to roam.
Call Sgt. Treaster if you can help at 803-518-7921.
