Parker’s Kitchen, a convenience store chain with 111 sites in South Carolina and Georgia, has opened a Lexington location as it expands into the Columbia metropolitan area.

The Parker’s Kitchen in Lexington opened its doors in early September. Located at 1367 N. Lake Drive, the new store is situated near Lake Murray State Park and serves customers in Lexington and West Columbia. The company plans to open additional new stores in the Columbia market.

“We’re thrilled to accelerate our robust growth plans by opening new stores in exciting new markets and meeting the needs of customers across the Southeast,” said Parker’s Kitchen founder and Executive Chairman Greg Parker. “We’re committed to elevating what customers can expect from a convenience store and to being a great partner in the communities we serve.”

In early July, Parker’s Kitchen opened a new store in North Myrtle Beach. Currently celebrating its 50th anniversary, the company plans to open its first Florida location in late October.

All three new stores serve the company’s award-winning, Southern-inspired Parker’s Kitchen food, which is prepared fresh on-site daily, and offer indoor dining as well as electronic ordering kiosks. Customers can enjoy a hot bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as grab-and-go items.

Founded in Midway, Georgia, in 1976, Parker’s Kitchen employs nearly 2,000 team members throughout South Carolina and Georgia and completes more than 1.2 million transactions weekly. For more information, visit parkerskitchen.com.
