Lexington has gained a new law firm that specializes in real estate law and loan closings.

Nelson and Galbreath from Greenville has opened at 201 West Main St.

The firm has been a fixture in the upstate for many years and has expanded into Atlanta and the Midlands. This is its 9th location.

They celebrated the opening of their Lexington office with a ribbon cutting along with the Lexington Chamber of Commerce.

Café Strudel’s food truck provided lunch.

Julie Stubblefield, Director of Operations, told the Chronicle that the growth in Lexington convinced them that the firm needed to be here.

Stephanie Weissenstein is the closing attorney for the Lexington office. She looks forward to serving the community’s needs.
