John Paul Forrester went 3-3 and Luke Palyok and Hunter Epps both had two RBI to lead Airport to its 16th win in the past 17 games.

"We came out swinging," first-year head coach Casey Bradwell said. "We were prepared and we just came out and did what we were suppose to do."

Airport's final run came on an RBI sacrifice fly by Epps just outside foul territory on the first base side. Bryan Moss, who relieved Blake Morrison who allowed just one hit and struck out three in three innings, finished the game with three strikeouts.

"We just come out here every day to work and try to get better every day and just come out here and execute and we just play the game," Bradwell said. "We talk about competing against ourselves and we don't worry about who's in the other dugout. We just kind of compete against ourselves, compete against the baseball and just go from there."
