The Lexington County Chili Cookoff is less than one month away.
Taking place once again at the Icehouse Amphitheater in downtown Lexington on Jan. 27, this year’s event is sure to make your taste buds burst with joy.
John Clinger, owner of the Old Mill Brew-Pub and the Lexington County Blowfish are teaming up yet again this year to put on the cookoff. Tickets are just $10 per person, which will cover your admission as well as sampling close to 20 diverse types of local, homemade chilis from a variety of recipes.
Money raised will go to local charities in the area.
Are you looking to enter your famous chili recipe that your family and friends can’t get enough of? Well, you are in luck. Registration for participants is open until this Friday.
If you have questions on what you need to register, contact John at john@oldmillbrewpub.net .
