Rick Hubbard swears into his 2nd term as 11th Circuit Solicitor Jan. 13. The 11th circuit covers Lexington, Edgefield, McCormick and Saluda counties. The solicitor’s cffice in Lexington County places special focus on prosecuting violent cases, such as murders, homicide by child abuse, and felony DUI’s.
