Ashley Moss was recognized as the School for the Deaf’s Outstanding Senior.

While in school, Ashley earned numerous sports awards. She was known for good sportsmanship and earned the Female Athlete of the Year Award. She competed on the Mason Dixon volleyball team in 2019 and 2020 as well as the Mason Dixon basketball team in 2020.

Ashley served as a photographer for the school yearbook and is interested in portrait photography. She hopes to obtain a job at her local YMCA and to attend SouthWest College for the Deaf to study digital art and design.

She received Occupational Safety and Health Administration and CPR training while at SCSDB.

Ashley offers this advice to others: “Don’t be afraid. Be focused. Be determined. Be hopeful. Be empowered.”

Ashley is the daughter of Tracey Phillips of West Columbia.
