Some Lexington County mayors to hold storytimes in the park
From May through August, Lexington’s Mayor Hazel Livingston, Chapin Mayor Al Koon and Irmo Mayor Bill Danielson will be reading at parks in their communities on Tuesdays beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Koon will be reading at the Chapin Town Hall Park, located at 157 NW Columbia Ave., on May 27, June 24, July 22 and August 26.
Danielson will be reading at Moore Park, located at 7507 Eastview Dr., on June 10, July 8 and August 12.
Livingston will be reading at the Azalea Amphitheater, in Virginia Hylton Park, located at 111 Maiden Ln., on June 17, July 15 and August 19.
