Lauren Morrow (concert)
The “Nashville Nights” concert series rolls on at Steel Hands Brewing (2350 Foreman St.). The shows are dedicated to rising Nashville young talent, and Morrow and her band will play a mix of her own country-pop catalog along with old favorites and classic country tunes. Once Upon A Mattress (play)
The Harbison Theatre at Midlands Technical College (7300 College Blvd.) and the Chapin Theatre Company present “Once Upon A Mattress.” This musical comedy is “The Princess and the Pea.” It tells the story of Prince Dauntless and Princess Winnifred. Winnifred’s unconventional nature and disregard for the queen’s rules lead to a hilarious series of events, including the famous “twenty mattresses” test.
