Thursday — June 9

Taylor Swift Night
New Brookland Tavern (122 State St. in West Columbia) hosts a Taylor Swift Night, with local singer-songwriter Paisley Marie performing a set of the pop star’s songs that won’t be Taylor’s versions, but will celebrate the creative force behind them. Preach Jacobs contributes a DJ set. The event starts at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $10. Find out more at newbrooklandtavern.com.

Friday — June 10

“PAW Patrol” (movie)
Join the Icehouse Amphitheater (107 W. Main St.) for a showing of “PAW Patrol: The Movie” at 8:30 p.m. The plot gets going when the patrol’s rival Humdinger “becomes Mayor of nearby Adventure City and starts wreaking havoc ... Ryder and the heroic pups kick into high gear to face the most challenging mission of their PAW Patrol careers.” Find out more about the screening at Icehouse Amphitheater. Sadie Campbell (concert)
Singer-songwriter Sadie Campbell performs at Steel Hands Brewing (2350 Foreman St. in Cayce) as part of the Nashville Nights! Concert series. Campbell’s blend of Americana pulls from a variety of influences, namely an eclectic mix of female artists of the ‘90s, from Lauryn Hill to Alanis Morisette. Dave Watson (concert)

Lexington County Ag + Art Tour
The Lexington County Ag + Art tour is a free, self-guided tour of farms and markets featuring local artisans at every stop. This year’s free Ag + Art tour kicks off at 10 a.m. and includes stops at Clinton Sease Farm, Fire Barrel Farm, Hollow Creek Distillery, The Market at Icehouse, Locklair Farm, the State Farmers Market, The Phillips Market Center and the Mercer House Winery. Ashley Scott (concert)
Join singer Ashley Scott for an evening of music called “From Philly With Love” at Chayz Lounge (607 Meeting St. in West Columbia). Scott will perform hits by Musiq Soulchild, The Delfonics, The O’Jays, The Three Degrees, Billy Paul, The Spinners, and Lou Rawls, plus his original tunes. Taste on the River
A group of the best restaurants from around the Midlands come together at Stone River (121 Alexander Rd.) for a night of fun and festivities to support the beautification of West Columbia. The event will feature food from Black Rooster, Hite’s BBQ, Terra, Blue Marlin, The Hideout in WECO, Always Original Bakery, Cafe Strudel, Grecian Gardens, Ariana’s Greek Restaurant, DeLucca’s Italian Grill, Buttercream Dreams and more. Juneteenth History, Present & Future
The Community Park of Irmo (7507 Eastview Dr.) hosts Juneteenth History, Present and Future with Elders of SC. The Town of Irmo is working alongside the South Carolina Juneteenth Freedom Fest to host the second annual History with the Elders celebration. It’s an outdoor self-guided exhibit including presentations, artifacts, photography, stories and more. Learn about Irmo’s African American history, culture, and look back at Irmo’s roots as never seen before. Thursday — June 16

Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra (concert)
Join the Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra at the Harbison Theatre at Midlands Technical College (7300 College St. in Irmo) for an evening of classical music. The orchestra’s performance is called “The Voice” and features soprano Katie Gatch and violinist Austin Huang. The show is free to attend, but donations are encouraged.
