Pelion Elementary and Forts Pond Elementary students who participate in afterschool programs can receive a free dinner thanks to the Child and Adult Care Food Program. June 25 will be the Pelion Night with the Blowfish at Lexington County Baseball Stadium. The night honors 1SG Re tired Thomas Peel, 94, a 30-year veteran of World War II, Korea, and Vietnam, and a 2-time recipient of the Bronze Star.
