On July 24, the Town of Lexington welcomed its newest and only Indian restaurant to the community. Vedha Indian Cafe is located at 5076-A Sunset Blvd., and is open to serve the community following their grand opening and ribbon cutting last week.

This restaurant prides itself on its traditional Indian-style dishes. The online menu features dosas, chicken curry, soup, tikka masala, Indo-Chinese cuisine and more.

As of right now, Vedha Indian Cafe is open for dine-in or take-out, but plans to partner with different delivery services soon.

Vedha Indian Cafe is located across from Target on Sunset Boulevard in the McCauley Square Shopping Center. This shopping center is shared with Travinia Italian Kitchen, Momma Rabbit’s Nibbles and Sips, and Antai Asian Dining.

According to statistics from the Department of Transportation, this stretch of Sunset Boulevard serves about 43,200 drivers a day, making it one of the busiest non-interstate roads in the community.
