Concert at Icehouse Amphitheater
On Saturday, July 31, at 6 p.m., Parmalee will be performing at Lexington’s Icehouse Amphitheater, located at 107 West Main St. in downtown Lexington. The Nashville Nights Summer Concert Series will feature events at Cayce’s Steel Hands Brewing, located at 2350 Foreman St., this summer. “Experience the excitement of live country music at Nashville Nights, returning for its sixth season of summer entertainment. Market at Icehouse
Market at Icehouse Amphitheater in downtown Lexington is on Saturday. Located at 107 W. Main St. in downtown Lexington, the market will be held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. from May 16 through Sept. 26, excluding July 4. “The Market at Icehouse is primarily intended as a farmer/grower and local artisan market, utilizing a community-friendly atmosphere to promote, support and encourage local production while educating residents on the benefits of eating fresh produce and supporting local artists and the Certified SC program,” according to a statement on the town’s website.
12,000 Year History Park tour
You can tour the 12,000 Year History Park on Congaree Creek in Cayce multiple times throughout the year, learning about Native Americans, Sherman’s army and more, depending on the theme of each tour. Tours meet at the entrance to the park just beyond the Cayce Tennis Center. The park is located at 1120 Fort Congaree Trail in Cayce. There is free parking at the dirt lot to the left past the tennis center. Tours are nearly two miles long and mostly take about two hours. Tours are free and sponsored by the City of Cayce. The Lexington County Blowfish, a summer collegiate baseball team, will play at home at the Lexington County Baseball Stadium at 474 Ball Park Rd. in Lexington on Saturday, Aug. 1, for the last big Saturday night of the season. Summer Rock Tour Series at Steel Hands Brewing
The Steel Hands Brewing’s Summer Rock Tour series continues this week. “We're turning up the volume this summer with the launch of a NEW Summer Rock Tour Series, a high-energy live music experience featuring rock tribute bands all season long,” according to the event listing. On Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Finlay Park, located at 896 Blanding St. in Columbia, is Finlay Friday. “The City of Columbia’s Finlay Park presents Finlay Fridays, a live outdoor concert series happening every Friday evening from February 20 through October 30, 2026,” according to the Capital City Lake Murray event listing. “Open to the public, the series brings live music, food, and drinks to the heart of downtown Columbia — the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Performances take place from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and feature a variety of local and regional artists throughout the season.” July 31 will feature Cola Jazz.

Every Tuesday through Oct. 27 is Community Artisans & Farmers Market at North Springs Park in Richland County (1320 Clemson Rd.).
