You were born with a secret diet plan Health Wanted

Everyday we wake up and think, what do I want for breakfast? Not all of us pick something completely healthy. I do not always have time for breakfast and try to make it through the morning with a protein shake. Some do not like protein shakes or cannot drink them due to food allergies. A year ago, I could no longer tolerate certain foods because of allergies. I started doing some soul searching about food. Some of us judge the foods we eat by goals we are trying to reach. We try to manage our calories or use diet plans such as Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, or hire a nutritionist. Did these dieting options work for you? If not, I have a solution. What if I told you your diet plan was always with you - it’s literally in your blood. There are many different diet plans based on your blood type. If you don’t know your blood type, you can ask your primary care physician. If you are blood type A+ like me, your diet should be meat-free and based on fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, and whole grains. Ideally, you would want to go organic. I can tell you first hand, type A+ have very sensitive immune systems. Always listen to your body, and ask your doctor if following a blood-type based diet is ideal for you. Remember - what you put into your body is the performance that you will get. Visit www.webmd.com/diet/a-z/blood-type-diet for more information.
