The winner of Young Miss South Carolina was Sarah Elizabeth Adkins of Lexington. She is the daughter of Jarett & Christal Adkins.

Sarah was also named Community Service Winner which included $3,000 in scholarships, a round crown, trophy, monogrammed banner and other prizes.

The Little Miss & Teen Miss South Carolina Pageant was held recently in Hartsville, SC.
