Thoyd B. Warren will become the Babcock Center’s president & CEO when Dr. Judy Johnson retires. Babcock Center cares for disabled adult residents. Warren earned a B.A. in Social Work from Winthrop University and is a licensed social worker with 24 years experience in the disabilities field. He and his wife Kim have two children, Taylor, 22, and TJ, 14. He currently serves as vice-chair of the SC Chapter of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and is Secretary for the Human Service Providers Association.
