This coming baseball season in the spring after a great football state championship run was going to be one for the books. We had great pitching and a great team coming to defend our championship. All of this hype just for a cancellation of the season really hurt every single player on that team, especially the seniors who have no further baseball after high school. To have something you have worked for your whole career just to be ripped away from you is not fair. It hurt personally, but just makes me want to work that much harder when college ball comes around. The extra time off was a great opportunity to get stronger, faster and better in every single way of my game. It sucks it had to end that way, but only makes playing at Clemson that much more exciting.
