Covid-19 forced restaurants, gyms and other small businesses to close or find other ways to serve their customers.

Rachel Maxwell, owner and head trainer at Center-Fit, had to close her gym due to possible exposure to the corona virus.

None of us want our customers to catch the virus or to give it to us.

Rachel has come up with a way to help her clients stay in shape at home.

She’s created a competition among her CenterFit classes to encourage them to complete home workouts each day.

Each class will compete against others for the best overall workout completions.

She sends the results to all of them online every few days.

It’s her hope that this friendly competition will encourage her clients to stay active and not lose ground with their fitness. Rachel says exercise

Rachel says exercise boosts our immune systems and helps us deal with stress and anxiety during this crisis.

The only incentive she offers is to earn bragging rights for your tribe.
