The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has charged 33-year-old Jonathan Rory Belt with five counts of sexual explotation of a minor in the third degree on Sept. 25.

According to the warrant, "On or about May 18, 2022 to April 11, 2024, Jonathan Rory Belt did possess material that contains a visual representation of a minor engaging in sexual activity or appearung in a state of sexually explicity nudity."

"As a result of a warrant executed at Bell's residence, a Samsung cellphone was located. The SC Computer Crimes Center downloaded the cellphone and determined it belonged to Belt," the warrant continued. "An image was located on the cellphone depicting minor children in sexually explicit positions and performing sexual acts." 

Bell was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center. The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General's Office.
