Magnus Development Partners has broken ground for Midway Logistics VI, a 192,780 square-foot industrial building in the Lexington County Industrial Park.

Midway Logistics VI is a Class A, hard wall multitenant industrial building situated on 27.5 acres. The state-of-the-art facility will feature energy efficient LED lighting throughout, a highpressure ESFR fire suppression system, a 32-foot minimum clear height, 31 dock doors, 2 oversized drive-in doors, and an abundance of trailer parking. The building’s flexible design accommodates tenants ranging from as small as 34,020 square feet and as large as the entire building.

“This is the 6th spec building completed by Magnus in the Lexington County Industrial Park,” said Kevin Werner of Magnus.
