RECOGNITION

The North-South Soccer Classic is scheduled to take place this Saturday at Memorial Stadium’s Fraser Field on the campus of T.L. Hanna High School.

A total of nine local players are among the 72 participants. Competing for the South girls, assisted by River Bluff head coach K.C. Dun-baker, are Jane Ashley Meredith (Swansea), Salley Slice and Sara Taylor (both of Chapin) and Asha Wallace (River Bluff).

Representing the South boys’ team are David Cassell (Irmo), Andrew Crowley (Gilbert), Grayson Horton (Dutch Fork), Campbell Shealy (Lexington) and Westen Wingard (River Bluff)
