A new real estate office has moved into Lexington.

RRG Realty and the Lexington Chamber of Commerce celebrated their move into a new office space on 200 North Lake Drive in Lexington with a ribbon cutting ceremony September 16.

A small but enthusiastic crowd of staff, chamber members and invited guests attended the event.

Dustin and Tara Johns started RRG in 2008 during a severe recession.

But their unique business model has helped them not only survive but also thrive.

80% of their business is residential. Instead of charging a commission on the price of the property, they sell your home for a flat fee of $2,800.

Since they started, business has increased by 20%.

All 24 agents are from Lexington.
