Savage Craft to open this summer

Work on Savage Craft Ale Works in West Columbia is progressing.

Savage Craft Ale Works said in a Facebook post that interior and exterior work is proceeding on the project.

Savage Craft will be housed in several renovated historic structures including the former West Columbia (1925) City Hall and Fire Station building, at 430 Center Street.

The project ties into West Columbia’s new Interactive Art Park on Meeting Street.

“Expectations remain for a mid- to late-summer opening. Until then, please be smart and please, please shop local … support your community,” Savage Craft said.

“Thank you to our first responders, medical professionals and city leaders for all you do, especially during this national emergency.”
