Josh Greene & Riverside (concert)

Reggie Graves & Jazz Theory (concert)
Chayz Lounge (607 Meeting St. West Columbia) and guitarist/bandleader Reggie Graves present “An Evening of Soulful Rhythms.” Expect Graves and his band, Jazz Theory, to perform hits and classics by Incognito, Stevie Wonder, Jacob Webb, Kool & The Gang, Norman Brown, Prince, George Benson, Earth, Wind & Fire, Luther Vandross and more. Taylor Nation (concert)
Bummed because you couldn’t get tickets to Taylor Swift’s “Eras” tour? Icehouse Amphitheater (107 W. Main St. Lexington) might have the next best thing, and it’s a lot less expensive. Taylor Nation, a live Taylor Swift tribute band, takes on Taylor’s hits (and looks) from the country-infused melodies of the early albums to the chart-topping pop hits that followed. Steel Hands Brewing (2350 Foreman St. Cayce) has wrapped up their “Nashville Nights” Summer concert series, so more local and regional talent can take the stage. Chapin Labor Day Festival & Parade
The Town of Chapin invites you to their annual Labor Day Festival, which runs from today til Monday, Sept. 2. The festival includes the Taste Of Chapin Restaurant tour, the Fidelis 5K run, a Latin Night full of live music, dancing and food, a classic car show and a festival-ending parade on Sept. 2  that starts on Chapin Road. Buffett Tribute Cruise
The 80ft. Skipperliner yacht The Spirit of Lake Murray invites you to enjoy a mini vacation on the water on the first annual Five O’ Clock Somewhere Buffett Tribute Cruise. Co-organized by the popular local variety band The Time Pirates, this leisurely pleasure cruise features both The Time Pirates and the Lawhead Bros. playing Jimmy Buffett classics, along with food and drink specials and a scenic view of Lake Murray. Holiday Lights On The River
Yes, you read that correctly: Saluda Shoals Park (6071 St. Andrews Rd. Columbia) brings back their beloved Christmas tradition in August with Holiday Lights On The River. Journey through more than two miles of lights featuring colorful, animated light displays of all shapes and sizes. Holiday Lights On The River runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is $25 per car, $50 per 12-15 person passenger van and $75 per bus. Visit icrc.net for more information.

Movie Night: The Goonies
Savage Craft Ale Works (430 Center St. West Columbia) brings back an ‘80s classic for their weekly Movie Night. The brewery screens the beloved 1985 adventure “The Goonies” from 8:30 p.m. to approximately 10 p.m. Bring your own deck chairs or grab a picnic table and settle in on the lawn. Family Fun Night

Cat 5 Band (concert)
The Icehouse Amphitheater (107 W. Main St. Lexington) continues their “Icehouse Live” concert series (presented by the Lexington Medical Center) with a performance by the Cat 5 Band. Across The County Line:
Hootie & The Blowfish, the best-selling rock band to ever emerge from South Carolina, have reunited, and they perform a show on their “Summer Camp with Trucks” tour at Colonial Life Arena (801 Lincoln St. Columbia) on Friday, Aug. 30. Expect to hear hits and classics like “Only Wanna Be With You,” “Hold My Hand,” “I Go Blind” and many more. Showtime is 7 p.m., and tickets cost between $51 and $229. Dreher Island State Park (3677 State Park Rd. Prosperity) hosts The Guardian Classic Veteran Bass Fishing Tournament on Saturday, Aug. 31.
