AUTUMN FAIRE ARTS FESTIVAL: Nov. 6, 11 am-4 pm, Robert Mills House & Gardens, Columbia. Free, plus free parking. South Carolina Artists present safely spaced Arts festival.

BIG BAND DANCE: Oct. 25, 6:30-9:30 pm, to support Mission Lexington at Lexington United Methodist Church’s Wesley Hall. Tickets $10 at www.missionlexingtonsc.org/. Featuring The Charlie Gatch Big Band, The Swing Set Band, and demonstrations of ballroom and shag. Desserts and refreshments are available for purchase. Dress is very casual.

BIG THURSDAY CELEBRATION: Oct. 27, 5:30 pm, Icehouse Amphitheater, Main and Church streets, Lexington. Social hour followed by dinner from Shealy’s of Batesburg-Leesville, to celebrate Caroline-Clemson football rivalry. Special guests from USC and Clemson. General adission $45. MURDERS AND MYSTERIES WALKING TOUR: Nov. 6, 8 pm, meets at Icehouse Amphitheater, 107 W. Main St., Lexington. Free. Presented by Lexington County Museum and discusses murders, lynchings, and mysteries that occurred in downtown Lexington. Attendees must be 18 or over or have parental permission.
