Greenlawn Memorial Park will host a sunrise service for Easter Sunday.

The service will be at 7 am, Sunday, April 4, at Greenlawn Memorial Park, located at 7100 Garners Ferry Road.

This community event is offered in partnership with Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church, Greenlawn Baptist Church, Lower Richland Ruritan Club, McLeod United Methodist Church, Mill Creek United Methodist Church, Temple Baptist Church, Thompson Funeral Home, Trinity Church and Trinity Presbyterian Church.

This year, attendees will gather lakeside as the sun rises to participate in an uplifting Easter service to be led by various community partners. Community organizers are especially excited for the return of this tradition following the service being cancelled last year in the wake of the pandemic.
