This one is for the ladies.
You guys won’t be interested in it anyway.
Card designers have found an under-served niche and are celebrating it with new Galentine cards.
The cards are for women to send to women friends on Feb. 13, the day before Valentine’s Day.
Galentine fans say they celebrate their guys every year on Feb. 14, so they want to celebrate their gals, too. These are the girls who are there for them through good times and bad and karaoke sessions in their cars.
The idea came from Leslie Knope’s character (played by comedian Amy Poehler) on “Parks and Recreation.”
Leslie celebrated the love that exists among her women friends.
Galentine’s Day is for fun with your friends. Your guy will have to wait a day.
