Did you know there’s an online tool to help you know about upcoming local elections?

The League of Women Voters of the Columbia area offers an nonpartisan resource for election information called VOTE411.

VOTE411 provides candidate information, voter registration and polling place information for voters nationwide.

Lexington County voters in School District 4 will head to the polls March 3 for a special election to fill 1 open seat on the school Board of Trustees.

All members of the board must be elected in nonpartisan elections held at the time of the general election and must reside within the boundaries of the district. The regular term of office for each trustee is 4 years.

Visit www.vote411.org to learn more.
