Mary Rowell invites ladies in the community to celebrate the fourth birthday of REFIT dance classes at Beulah United Methodist Church. Rowell, a licensed REFIT instructor, began the dance classes as a fitness ministry for women. She wanted ladies who wanted or needed a place to dance for fitness to feel comfortable and also a place where they felt accepted. She plans to have special music, refreshments and fellowship.

REFIT combines powerful movements with positive music and a cardio workout.  The REFIT birthday class will be held September 4  at 7 p.m. at Beulah UMC. Classes are a donation with funds going to the church building fund. For information, email Mary Rowell at mkrowell@windstream.net.
