Internal Grant Update: Blessings bags

The Lexington Medical Center Foundation is excited to fund a new internal grant that will offer a “blessing bag” to patients newly diagnosed with cancer.
Developed by the inpatient oncology staff, the bag itself is insulated and will consist of nonperishable items that can be used during the patients’ cancer treatments, hospital stays, and physician visits. These bags will provide hope and help to patients during their journey with cancer.
