Lexington Two announces the 2021-2022 winners of Teacher of the Year and Support Staff of the Year for the district’s schools.

This year’s recipients are:

BROOKLAND-CAYCE HIGH: Teacher of the Year: Terry Boone; Support Staff of the Year: David Noel

BUSBEE CREATIVE ARTS ACADEMY: Teacher of the Year: Megan Boutchyard; Support Staff of the Year: Stephanie Hendrix

CAYCE ELEMENTARY: Teacher of the Year: JoAnne Boulware; Support Staff of the Year: Jammie Jones

CONGAREE ELEMENTARY: Teacher of the Year: Tracie Broyles; Support Staff of the Year: Brad Bedenbaugh

PINE RIDGE MIDDLE: Teacher of the Year: Diana Tanner; Support Staff of the Year: Alicia Gibbs

RIVERBANK ELEMENTARY: Teacher of the Year: An drew Price; Support Staff of the Year: Melanie Lomas

SALUDA RIVER ACADEMY FOR THE ARTS: Teacher of the Year: Cameron Beeler; Support Staff of the Year: Susie Bonnette

The Lexington 2 District Teacher of the Year will be selected from among the school-level winners by a panel of judges and announced in September. That winner will go on to compete for South Carolina Teacher of the Year.
