The media polls have been released ahead of week four of the high school football season.

This week, Lexington High moved up in the 5A poll after a dominant 32-7 win over Blythewood. Gray Collegiate is now the top-ranked team in 2A after defeating Camden last Friday.

In total, Lexington County has four teams ranked in the Top 10. Brookland-Cayce’s loss to AC Flora knocked it out of the Top 10 in 3A and White Knoll’s blowout win over Westwood was impressive but didn’t impress voters enough to grab a spot in the Top 10 poll for the 5A classification.
