The holiday season is now a present reality, and with that comes food, crafts, gifts, and too little time to do all that is needed. Take time for yourself and try not to do too much, and let it be a simpler holiday season this year.
Everyone needs sweet potatoes for the holidays, so the Chapin Ruritan Club is taking orders for sweet potatoes. A 40-lb. box is just $25, or 20 pounds for $15. A reminder—the Lake Murray Association’s public meeting is November12 at 6:30 pm at Macedonia Lutheran Church, 49 Macedonia Church Rd. Prosperity.
Christmas craft and vendor fair will be November 1 at the Irmo Church of God. 5–8 pm and November 2, 8-1 pm.
Adulting 101 class at the Irmo Library focuses on helping young people be more organized. The
