The 20th Lexington County Veteran's Parade rolled through downtown Lexington Nov. 6. Among those participating with floats were Mayor Steve MacDougall and Lexington Town Council, American Legion Post 7 and Lexington County Veterans. The crowd was a little thin with the threat of rain looming over the event, but those that were there expressed gratitude to veterans with signs, as Blue Star Mothers gave out flags for the crowd to wave. Military reenactors were among those who marched in the parade, as were marching bands from Gilbert and Dutch Fork High Schools.
