Local band Under the Sun played the latest edition of Lexington Live Sept. 15. The free weekly series is put on by the Town of Lexington during the fall and spring. The five-member band plays a variety of rock and pop covers. As with other entries in the series, the event featured food and drink options, including Cafe Strudel, Truly Scrumptious, Old Mill Brew Pub, and The Burnt Toast Cafe. During the concert, the largely full house danced and roamed around enjoying the clear and temperate evening.
It was the third concert in the fall Lexington Live lineup, which continues next week with The Hitmen, and features weekly concerts through Oct. 13. Under the Sun announced that it will be back at the amphitheater in February for the annual Lexington Chili Cookoff.
