A new economic recovery loan program for small businesses and nonprofits is taking applications.
The Southern Opportunity and Resilience Fund offers $50 million in initial commitments from philanthropic, private and corporate investors.
Applicants can receive low-interest loans of up to $100,000, as well as free business support.
