Friday — May 19

The Best Of Everything: A Tribute To Tom Petty (concert)
Members of veteran bands Tokyo Joe and The Root Doctors team up at Icehouse Amphitheater (107 W. Main St.) for The Best Of Everything: A Tribute To Tom Petty. Expect to hear hits and classics like “American Girl,” “Free Fallin,’” “Don’t Come Around Here No More” and many more. Showtime is 6 p.m., and tickets are $24. Drive-In Movie Night
Saluda Shoals Park (5605 Bush River Rd. in Columbia) hosts a Drive-In Movie Night. Join the park for a screening of the massive hit movie “Top Gun: Maverick” and enjoy food from various food trucks on site. Maddie Rean (concert)

Strawberry Pick & Play
Bring the kids to Clinton Sease Farm (382 Olde Farm Rd.) for the Strawberry Pick & Play event. Your $12 admission includes a wagon ride to the strawberry patch to pick your own berries, a visit with the farm animals, playgrounds, an obstacle course, bubblemania, a jellybean maze, a strawberry activity pack and a strawberry coloring sheet. Market at Icehouse
The Town of Lexington’s Market at Icehouse returns for another year starting this week. The opening market for 2023 at the Icehouse Amphitheater (107 W Main St.) promises fresh produce, unique gifts, local vendors, food and live music. Brother Jim Hadley (concert)
Banjo-fiddle-mandolin-accordion-and-guitar-playing one-man band Brother Jim Hadley will perform (backed by drummer Ryan Shah on the tabla) will play blues, folk and Americana at Scratch N’ Spin (513 12th St. in West Columbia). Casino Night
Enjoy a fun night and help out some “rescued furbabies” at PETSinc’s 2023 Casino Night. The night at the Hilton Garden Inn (110 McSwain Dr. in West Columbia) kicks off at 6 p.m. with food, cocktails and music and continues at 7 p.m. with the opening of the casino tables. Krafty Brewfest
Krafty Draft Brew Pub (269 Charter Oak Rd.) brings back its familiar festival, featuring 30 breweries and more than 60 draft options. There will also be live music from The Pszenny Project, smoking and relaxation courtesy of Tobacco in Tow Mobile Cigar Lounge, as well as a food truck and a silent auction. The event goes from noon to 4 p.m. and costs $50 to attend (which lets you try all the beers). $10 tickets are available for designated drivers. The Dales Biergarten Grand Opening
Elsewhere in the county, a new beer bar opens. The Springdale House and Gardens is becoming The Dales Biergarten and Bottle Shop (3150 Platt Springs Rd. in Springdale), and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. will celebrate its grand opening. Civil Remedy (concert)

Angel Du$t (concert)
All-star alternative band Angel Du$t plays at New Brookland Tavern (122 State St. in West Columbia).
