Truck blocks traffic on ramp to I-77 from Charleston Highway Monday

The Cayce Department of Public Safety (CDPS) reports an overturned tractor trailer is blocking traffic at the entrance to Interstate 77 on the Charleston Highway Monday morning.
The lanes heading into Columbia and the ramp to the interstate are blocked and clean-up could take several hours.
The 18-wheeler was carrying a load of dog food and crews on the scene are having to assess whether the cargo will be needed to be off-loaded by hand before righting the rig.
