Lexington-Richland District 5 voters were to fill an open board seat Oct. 12.
Election results were not in by press time. You can find the results at www.LexingtonChronicle.com
Board member Ed White resigned June 14 over the school superintendent’s resignation.
Only Richland County residents can vote in this special election, but the result will affect students in Lexington and Richland counties.
Voters will choose from candidates Haley Griggs, Jeff Herring and Tifani Moore.
