A 91-year-old Gilbert woman died in a Sunday evening fire at her home.
Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher said the woman was found deceased following the residential structure fire in the 300 block of Chickasaw Trail shortly before 7 pm.
Delories Stone Rauch, 91, of Gilbert was pronounced dead on scene due to fire-related injuries. Fisher said. Rauch was the only resident of the home.
The cause and origin of the fire is being investigated by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.
