Nathalee Williams Jones celebrated 100 years on Friday,June 21, 2019. She was born in Lexington, SC, in the Edmund Community on June 21,1919. She attended Harbinson Institute,in lrmo, SC, and Allen University in Columbia and graduated from Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins, Texas. She is the daughter of the late Rev. James (Ferrie) M. Williams and the grandaughter of the late Rev. Lemuel (Catherine) Williams,all of Lexington County. She belongs to New Bethel AME Church in Lexington where her pastor is Rev. Dr. Elaine Eskew.She loves crafts,cooking,sewing, and reading.A birthday celebration with family, church members, and community friends will take place a week later. CONGRATULATIONS!!
