An All-State and North-South All-Star selection and Region 5-3A Player of the Year, Kearse batted .410 with 5 home runs and 26 RBI. She also posted an 18-2 record with 148 strikeouts in leading the Lady Indians to an undefeated regular season, the Region 5-3A and Class 3A District 2 titles and a Lower State runner-up.
