Irmo Middle School’s Logan Humbert and Dutch Fork Middle’s Kaylee Chen were honored during a Duke TIP Grand Recognition ceremony at Duke University this school year.

The two students qualified for Grand Recognition in the prestigious academic program.

The district’s 22 Duke TIP state recognition recipients were honored during a May ceremony at Furman University.

Duke TIP’s 7th Grade Talent Search identifies students across the United States who have scored at or above the 95th percentile on a grade-level standardized test.
