Blame crooks for bad roads

We just traveled to Kentucky for a week and it reminded me of how bad our roads actually are. I was embarrassed when I returned home to see what visitors to our state see. Our subdivision is in Lexington County but Richland is across the street. Both are horrible but Richland is worse. A bunch of crooks run that county.
