Rebecca Blackburn has been named Executive Director of the Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce. She comes to Chapin with experience as a small business owner with a BA in Mass Communication from the College of Charleston. She is meeting all local business owners and their employees. She is excited by the opportunity to help business owners and provide resources they need to promote their businesses.
