CWC Chamber names Business and Ambassador of the Quarter

Posted

At the monthly business breakfast for the CWC Chamber of Commerce, the Ambassador and Business of the Quarter were named.

Hayley Bowers, chairperson of the chamber board, opened the meeting and Tim James, chamber CEO, presented the awards to the winners.

Aubrey Fitzloff of Lifetime Insurance Agency is the Ambassador. James praised Fitzloff for her tireless efforts to support members and grow the membership. She may be the most recognized Ambassador because she is at nearly 100% of the Chamber functions

Next, House of Raeford CEO Chuck Underhill accepted the Business of the Quarter award. James also spoke about how involved the company is in the community and how generous they are in supporting efforts to make the area a better place to live.

The Small Businesses Advisory Committee recently announced their CWC Cares Program which raises money for local non-profit organizations that serve the CWC-Springdale area.

The Business of the Quarter gets to select the charity that will receive the funds. Underhill selected Dickerson Children’s Advocacy Center.
