MABANK,TX—Visitation for Diana S. Hoover, 83, will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel. Burial will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Springfield, SC.

Mrs. Hoover passed away at her home in Mabank, TX on April 29, 2021 where she has lived for 22 years. She was born in Kirkwood, MO on January 28, 1938. Mrs. Hoover formerly lived in Gilbert, SC and owned and operated her shop, Diana’s Western Shop for almost 20 years in Lexington, SC.

Surviving include her son, Christopher W. Hoover & wife, Lana; daughter, Wendy H. Shealy & husband, Carl L., Sr.; sister, BB Johnson; brother, Robert W. Sellers, Jr.; and 2 granddaughters, Whitney Morgan and Lauren Hoover.

She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, James O. Hoover.
