On June 6, Pastor Carlos Gonzalez was admitted to Lexington Medical Center as a covid-19 patient.
Shortly thereafter, he was placed on a ventilator and then in a medically induced coma.
His family appreciated the wonderful staff that kept them up to date with his progress and used an iPad so they could see him, talk to him, and even sing to him.
The family decided to donate an additional iPad to Lexington Medical Center to ensure other families could also benefit from staying connected with their loved ones during such a difficult time.
We are happy to report that Pastor Gonzalez came off the ventilator on Sunday, June 14th and is doing well. Thank you to the Gonzalez Family for their generous donation which will benefit so many.
