The Lexington Medical Center Foundation has funded an internal grant program in conjunction with Leeza’s Care Connection to better meet the growing needs of families coping with dementia in our community. Leeza’s Care Connection would like to offer a unique and exclusive satellite support and enrichment program to current residents and families at Carroll Campbell Place. These services have the potential to impact residents by fostering relationships between Carroll Campbell Place staff members and families.
